Overview

Silver Cocoon is a Minneapolis–based design studio that was founded in 2001 by husband and wife team Souliyahn and Tia Keobounpheng. Named for their 1966 Safari-Double Airstream, Silver Cocoon began as a grass-roots operation, where the Keobounphengs worked in the basement of their 1950s rambler and their airstream trailer, parked out front. The brand takes a lifestyle approach to design, focusing on designing objects to complement everyday living. Primarily known for its jewelry line, Silver Cocoon also makes ornaments, bags, jewelry stands, and more.
