Seleta Reynolds, general manager of the Department of Transportation, is involved in the Great Streets Initiative, which has identified specific streets throughout the city and seeks to increase economic activity, improve access and mobility, enhance neighborhood character, provide greater community engagement, improve environmental resilience, and create safer communities. A recent event in Venice drew community members who roughed out the balance they’d like to see on their street. Reynolds will take to the Dwell on Design stage to fill us in on this new initiative.
